Since 1998, we have served as independent project and financial management consultants for several businesses in Washington and Idaho. Clients have used our project and financial management services for their commercial, tribal, and government prime and sub contracts. Specifically, we have experience in overall financial management and budgets for both our own and our client’s prime and sub contracts acquired with entities such as: Washington State Department of Transportation, National Park Service, United States Forest Service, United States Army Corp of Engineers, United States Air Force, City of Spokane, Spokane Public Facilities District, and various tribal corporations in Idaho, Washington, New Mexico, and Arizona. We have provided project and financial management services to our clients with projects valued up to $62M in Preliminary Engineering (Construction Costs up to $530M).
