Based on your needs, we help determine the right accounting platform and setup approach. That may include QuickBooks Online, Intuit Enterprise Suite, or another practical structure that fits your size, industry, and workflow.

We establish the accounting foundation, including the chart of accounts, opening balances if needed, customers, vendors, products or services, and other key records required to begin operating with a clean file.

We help design the practical side of operations, not just the bookkeeping file. This can include invoicing flow, expense tracking, approvals, job or class structure, basic internal procedures, and management reporting so the system works for the way you actually run the business.

Once the setup is complete, we walk you through how the system works, what your team needs to do going forward, and how to maintain a cleaner process. If needed, ongoing support can be added after launch.
